What you bring us in for is everything it takes to run private AI in production — the Workbench, deployment in your own cloud, support, and someone accountable when it matters.
The model
Open source is the on-ramp, not the destination.
The core is genuinely open — and genuinely useful. You can self-host Astrolift and Zentinelle and never pay us a cent. We think that's how trust should work: inspect the code, run it yourself, prove it to your security team before you ever sign anything.
But a regulated team running AI in production needs more than a repo. It needs the tools built on top, deployed and kept compliant in your cloud, with support and accountability behind it. That's the part you pay for — and it's the part that's hard to do yourself.
Nobody in healthcare self-hosts critical infrastructure unsupported. The open core earns your trust; the commercial relationship is what lets you actually ship.
